The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager at Big Happy, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our platform across web, mobile, and DOOH environments. You will own the roadmap and drive strategy across engineering, design, sales, and leadership. Reporting to the CEO, this is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and enjoys turning bold ideas into real outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy that aligns with company objectives, revenue goals, and long term platform vision
- Identify new opportunities based on market signals, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and internal capabilities
- Prioritize initiatives using a structured, data informed decision framework that balances impact, effort, and dependencies
- Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and clear execution plans for engineering and design
- Anticipate risks, unblock teams, and proactively adjust plans to maintain momentum and deliver on commitments
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure smooth product launches and high adoption rates
- Incorporate feedback loops from users and stakeholders to continuously refine features and improve outcomes
- Work with Product Marketing to develop internal and client-facing documentation that communicates product value, functionality, and roadmap visibility.
- Define product KPIs and track performance to guide decision-making and measure success
- Communicate priorities, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital media, ad tech, or SaaS
- Proven ability to launch, scale, and iterate on high-impact products in fast-moving, growth-stage organizations.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking - able to translate market and user insights into actionable product decisions
- Ability to connect business, technical, and creative perspectives into a cohesive vision
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes to both internal teams and external partners or clients.
- Familiarity with the following tools and technologies: Figma, Monday.com (or similar), AWS, HTML5, C++, Adobe Suite
- Understanding of core principles including Agile methodologies, UI/UX best practices, and product lifecycle management
- A passion for creative innovation and helping brands bring bold ideas to life through technology
- Bonus: Experience with mobile advertising, DOOH, or broader ad tech ecosystems

Location: Remote in the United States - Eastern or Central Time work hours
Total Compensation: The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $160,000-$180,000 per year (Base and bonus) + Equity. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. The total compensation package may include bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
