Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to influence how Big Happy’s products are positioned, communicated, and understood in the market. This role bridges Product, Marketing, and Sales - turning product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories that connect our solutions to client needs. You’ll help define the messaging frameworks and competitive narratives that shape how Big Happy shows up in the market, lead go-to-market planning for new launches, and create resources that help teams tell our story with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Big Happy’s products, roadmap, and audiences to inform positioning and marketing strategies.
- Translate product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven stories that resonate with key audiences.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches with Product, Creative, Sales, and Marketing.
- Build and maintain enablement resources (e.g., pitch decks, one-sheets, battlecards, FAQs, and case studies) that help teams communicate value with confidence.
- Partner with Sales to ensure consistent messaging across materials and client conversations.
- Create custom materials for key meetings and events, including tailored decks, visuals, and examples that bring Big Happy’s solutions to life.
- Conduct competitive and market research to uncover insights that inform positioning and identify white-space opportunities.
- Support event participation by coordinating logistics and ensuring team readiness through tailored materials and briefings, and lead post-event nurture initiatives that deepen engagement and accelerate pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with Product stakeholders to ensure market insights connect to roadmap priorities and client needs.
- Turn campaign results and success stories into proof points that strengthen product credibility.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally within the advertising or media industry.
- Proven success building messaging frameworks, GTM strategies, and sales enablement materials.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills – able to make complex topics clear and persuasive.
- Exceptional presentation and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to craft polished, on-brand decks that clearly convey ideas and value.
- Great attention to detail, making sure that the brand is represented accurately and cohesively across channels
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Deep understanding of how to position technology products in competitive markets.
- Experience supporting product launches and driving measurable business outcomes.

Total Compensation: The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $90,000-125,000 per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. The total compensation package may include bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
