The Role

The Measurement & Insights Lead  is the company's dedicated expert in validating and communicating the effectiveness of our premium advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Client Services, this highly strategic, client-facing role will be accountable for translating complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights that drive client retention and prove our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Interpret: Own the end-to-end analysis of campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for client reporting, mid-campaign adjustments, and final recaps.
  • Partner Management: Own relationships with third-party brand measurement partners (e.g., Lucid, Kantar, MFour, Foursquare) to ensure accurate setup, flawless execution, insightful interpretation of results, as well as negotiate and create cost efficiencies.
  • Narrative Ownership: Develop and present compelling data-driven stories to internal teams and clients, clearly demonstrating campaign success against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Benchmark & Best Practices: Create, own, and continually update internal and external performance benchmarks to contextualize campaign results and inform future strategy.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the company's go-to expert on all things measurement, including fielding feasibility requests for RFPs and providing data-backed recommendations for media strategy.
  • Internal Enablement: Develop and maintain measurement-focused collateral, training materials, and documentation to upskill internal Client Services and Sales teams.
  • Data Synthesis: Manipulate, validate, and analyze campaign data to prepare it for interpretation and presentation.
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in communications, data analytics, social sciences or related field required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in an analytics or measurement role within the digital media, ad technology, or agency space.
  • Measurement Expertise: Mandatory hands-on experience and proficiency working with third-party brand lift and attribution platforms (e.g., Lucid, Kantar, MFour, Foursquare). Strong knowledge of brand effectiveness and attribution/ROI control/exposed methodologies including 1st and 3rd party data matching, website conversion.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate raw data and complex methodologies into client-ready narratives.
  • Analytical Tooling: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation) for cleaning, synthesizing, and interpreting large datasets. SQL, Python nice to have.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: A strong blend of strategic thinking (defining what to measure) and execution ability (analyzing the results).

Location: NYC hybrid

Total Compensation: The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $110,000-140,000 per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. The total compensation package may include bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
