Job Description
We're searching for an experienced, sales-focused, data-driven leader to join our team as an East Coast Sales Team Manager. The ideal candidate understands how to combine the art and science of acquiring new customers while growing existing ones, and is also looking for an opportunity to manage and mentor other sellers. They are a seasoned Advertising seller with B2B experience selling into primarily Enterprise organizations (both agency and client direct), with measurable success in driving revenue, building client relationships and fostering a winning attitude.
Key Responsibilities
The Team Manager will be responsible for driving their own book of business, as well as managing a pod structure of 3-5 sellers.
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Drive a book of business as a direct seller, focusing on proactive outreach and relationship-building with key brand and agency contacts
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with support from leadership
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to create tailored omnichannel media recommendations
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline and forecast
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client shifts, and new opportunities in the market
Management Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team of sellers (3-5 total) to support on mentorship, outreach strategies, account planning, etc.
- Communicate learnings and client feedback back to the Head of East Coast Sales and broader leadership team
- Collaborate with internal teams across design, client services, and business intelligence to provide market feedback and ensure campaign success
- Lead pipeline forecasting, sales reporting, win-loss reviews, and refinement of sales processes for your team.

Minimum Entrance Requirements
- 6+ years of working in the Advertising space (AdTech specifically a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets
- Verifiable agency and/or client-direct relationships that can help drive revenue at major brands
- Excellent written communications and presentation skills
- Comfortable with travel to and from events within US
- Prior leadership or demonstrable mentorship experience a plus

Location: Midtown NYC (3 days per week in office)
Total Compensation: This position in New York, NY is $340,000 OTE per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. The total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
